4 tomatoes

1 bunch of basil

100 g feta cheese

1 olive oil

Salt

Pepper

100 g raspberries




Preparation

Preparation: 10 min
Step 1
Mix in a blender: tomatoes cut into pieces, raspberries, about ten basil leaves, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Crush the feta cheese with a fork. Mix with about ten chopped basil leaves.
Step 3
Serve the gazpacho in verrines. Place two teaspoons of feta/basil mixture on top.
I add my grain of salt
