2 oranges

1 grapefruit

1 lemon (s) (to taste)

Cinnamon

Basil

Balsamic vinegar

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Peel the citrus fruits and store them in a saucepan, then add the spices (cinnamon and basil - at your convenience).
Step 2
Cook the cutlets and at the end of cooking, before turning off the heat, add the citrus fruit mixture and a little balsamic vinegar.
Step 3
Turn off the heat 5 minutes later and serve hot.
