1 turkey fillet, about 800 g

Olive oil (3 tablespoons)

Thyme

Laurier

Rosemary

Savory

Basil

Marjoram

Oregano

Salt

Pepper

Tomato (1/2 per person or 1 according to your taste)

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Take a turkey fillet, coat it with olive oil and add salt, pepper and all the herbs. To be done on both sides.
Step 2
Put in the oven at 210°, thermostat 7, for 1 hour, turning regularly (about 4 times).
Step 3
After 30 min, add half tomatoes sprinkled with parsley.
Step 4
If there is too much oil in the dish, it can be removed during cooking.
Author's note
After putting in the herbs, the turkey can also be wrapped in strips of bacon held with toothpicks. Accompanied by a salad and hazelnut apple (yummy!).
