300 g turkey (thin slices)

80 g mozzarella cheese

2 tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

Basil

Oregano

Pepper

Salt

Step 1
Preheat the oven grill.
Step 2
Heat a spoonful of oil + chopped garlic + oregano in a frying pan. Salt.
Step 3
Place the coarsely chopped tomatoes in it and cook for 7/8 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4
Brush the turkey slices with the remaining oil and place them on the grill covered with aluminum foil. Bake the plate for 3/4 minutes and turn the fillets halfway through cooking.
Step 5
Arrange the fillets in a dish, spread the tomatoes and slice the mozzarella.
Step 6
Re-bake briefly to melt the cheese. At the exit, place the basil.
