6 veal cutlets

12 slices of pork belly

250 g crushed tomato

7 cloves of garlic

Chopped basil

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Preparation

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Soften the meat (on one side only) with a knife.
Step 2
Cut the cutlets in half, place on the breast slices.
Step 3
Mix 6 cloves of garlic and place it on the meat along with the salt, pepper and chopped basil.
Step 4
Roll the meat and breast together to form the paupiettes, tie them up.
Step 5
Brown for 3 to 4 minutes in a saucepan containing a little olive oil.
Step 6
Add the tomato stock, garlic clove, salt, pepper and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with rice, bon appétit!
