400 g goat cheese

300 g zucchini

300 g eggplant

300 g pepper (colour of your choice)

200 g shallot

2 tomatoes

50 cl of fresh cream

Basil

Thyme

Tarragon...according to taste

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Prepare 1 or 2 squares of aluminium per person, about 30 cm on each side.
Step 2
Place the julienned vegetables and the chopped shallot in each papillote.
Step 3
Place the goat cheese on top of the vegetables, add a drizzle of olive oil and the chosen herbs.
Step 4
Make sure to close the papillotes tightly so that the juice does not leak.
Step 5
Put in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Enjoy your meal.

You can also cook the papillotes on your barbecue. You can also arrange the dishes with the different ingredients and let your guests choose to make their own papillote, at a barbecue it is very friendly especially if there are children. I look forward to your comments!
