300 g radishes

3 tomatoes

25 cl whole fresh cream

10 basil leaves

1 onion

Garlic

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 7 min
Step 1
Blanch the radish leaves in boiling water for about ten minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel the tomatoes and put them in a casserole dish with olive oil. Then add the chopped onion, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Once the radish leaves are cooked, put them in a blender with 15 cl of sour cream, salt and pepper, and set aside.
Step 4
Once the tomatoes have lost their water (about 7 minutes), add the basil at the end of cooking.
Step 5
Mix the tomatoes that have come out of the fire with 10 cl of sour cream.
Step 6
Leave both preparations in the refrigerator for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Step 7
Finally, all you have to do is put your preparations in layers in pretty verrines.
