10 potatoes

10 slices of bacon (or 150 g of bacon)

400 g mushroom

200 g goat cheese (1 log)

20 cl of fresh cream

Basil

Pepper



Preparation

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cook the potatoes in boiling water.
Step 2
Sauté the sliced mushrooms and bacon in a frying pan.
Step 3
Once the potatoes are cooked and cooled, cut them into thin slices.
Step 4
In an oven dish, spread a first layer of potatoes.
Step 5
Cover with half the mushrooms, half the bacon and sliced goat cheese.
Step 6
Drizzle with fresh cream.
Step 7
Repeat the operation a second time.
Step 8
Sprinkle with basil, pepper and place in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 30 minutes.
