Zucchini gratin with easy ham

Zucchini gratin with easy ham

Number of people

450 g zucchini

90 g ham, derinded and defatted

1 tablet of beef broth

1/2 clove garlic

basil leaf

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

15 g grated parmesan cheese

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Wash the courgettes, cut them into slices. Cook them for 5 minutes in boiling water with the broth tablet added. Drain and reserve some broth.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small strips. Finely chop the garlic and chop the basil.
Step 3
Place a layer of courgettes in a small oven dish, sprinkle with garlic and basil, spread the strips of ham, salt, pepper, repeat until the ingredients are exhausted.
Step 4
Sprinkle with olive oil in a drizzle, wet with 6 tablespoons of cooking broth, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
Step 5
Serve immediately.

For my part, I add a few spoons of plain tomato sauce to each new layer of ingredients.
