Zucchini stuffed with salmon

1 courgette of 1,500 kg

2 salmon

2 eggs

1 small can of corn

1 onion

1 glass of milk

2 teaspoons paprika

Basil

Tarragon

Pepper from the mill

Salt

1 clove of garlic

1 shallot

Step 1
Mix the steaks (after removing the skin and bones) with the shallot, corn, garlic, tarragon, basil, paprika, milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the courgette in half lengthwise, without peeling it; dig it, then fill both halves with the stuffing.
Step 3
Fry the onion in a little olive oil in a pressure cooker, add 2 glasses of water, salt and pepper, then place the courgettes at the bottom of the cooker.
Step 4
Close and cook for 20 minutes, after the valve whistles.
