Zucchini tagliatelle with parmesan cheese

4 zucchini
1 tablespoon of parmesan powder
2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese in small pieces
1 tablespoon hazelnut powder
3 tablespoons basil (fresh or frozen)
3 tablespoons of olive oil

Step 1
Wash and peel the courgettes.
Step 2
Cut zucchini slices with a vegetable peeler. The slats must be thin.
Step 3
Put the zucchini slices in a dish or salad bowl. Add basil, parmesan powder and pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Add the hazelnut powder.
Step 4
Pour in the olive oil. Mix well.
Step 5
Film and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Step 6
Enjoy fresh, as an appetizer or as a side dish to your summer grills.

I find the parmesan cheese in pieces in the pre-packaged cheese section.
