250 g orzo pasta

150 g green bean

200 g feta cheese

10 cherry tomatoes

2 tablespoons chopped basil

2 tablespoons pine nuts

15 green or black olives

1 lime

30 g Parmesan cheese

Cooking time: 26 min
Step 1
Cook the green beans for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Cook the orzo pasta for 10 minutes in boiling salted water, drain well and mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 3
Dice the feta cheese and grate the parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Grill the pine nuts in a non-stick pan for 1 minute.
Step 5
Cut the beans into small pieces.
Step 6
Grate a little lemon zest in a bowl, add the lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, basil, tomatoes, beans, feta cheese, pasta, pine nuts and olives.
Step 7
Mix, season with salt and pepper and then add the Parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Add olive oil and lemon juice if necessary.
Step 9
Serve cold.
