150 g grated gruyère cheese or fresh cheese

Basil (or any other aromatic herbs to your taste)

Olive oil

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Brush the puff pastry with olive oil, spread the grated gruyère in a thin layer and the basil. Roll the dough and cut it into slices like a sausage.
Step 2
Spread the slices on parchment paper and place in the oven at 200°C. The puff pastry must be slightly golden.
