1 free-range chicken from 1.6 Kg to 2 Kg

150 g turnip

250 g carrot cut into large julienne (cubes)

250 g of onions known as bells

25 cl of Sauternes

1 chicken broth

50 cl water

4 tablespoons of honey a thousand flowers

150 g butter

50 g oil

Pepper

Salt

250 g fresh pasta

2 dl of fresh cream

basil leaf (optional)

Cooking time: 27 min
Step 1
Cut the chicken into eight pieces. Salt and pepper.
Step 2
Put 50 g of butter and oil in your Sensor or pressure cooker and brown the pieces for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the julienne of carrots and turnips as well as the small onions. Discard the fat.
Step 4
Add the honey and Sauternes.
Step 5
Let reduce for 3 minutes and wet with 1/2 litre of water and poultry broth. Close and cook for 11 minutes from the whispering of the appliance.
Step 6
Open, take out the chicken and vegetables. Let reduce for 3 minutes and add, whisking little by little, the 100 g of butter cut into small pieces.
Step 7
Adjust the seasoning. Cook the pasta separately. Add the fresh cream and chopped basil.
Step 8
Coat the chicken pieces with the sauce and serve very hot.
