1 chicken (about 900 g)

Strong horseradish mustard

4 cloves of garlic

2 shallots

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

30 cl beef broth

1 glass of red wine

Parsley

Basil

pinch of salt

Butter

6 medium potatoes

Step 1
For the side dish, prepare the diced potatoes.
Step 2
In a pot, melt a little butter in the oven (220°C). When the butter is melted, cut a shallot and 2 cloves of garlic into not too small pieces; mix with melted butter, then put them back in the oven.
Step 3
Prepare the chicken: brush the chicken with horseradish mustard and stuff it with the remaining shallot, cut into 2-3 pieces and the remaining crushed pods.
Step 4
Still stuffing, add the soy sauce, lemon juice, half of the parsley and basil.
Step 5
When the pot mixture has browned, add the chicken and bake for 20 minutes. Then pour the beef broth over the chicken, put it back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Add the glass of wine, then put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Step 7
Finally, add the potatoes and the rest of the parsley and basil. 10 minutes later, mix the potatoes so that they soak up the cooking juice. When the potatoes are ready, the chicken must be ready!
