2 chicken cutlets

1 fennel bulb

1 tomato or 2 small ones

1 teaspoon of honey

Sugar

Olive oil

Basil

1 teaspoon of veal stock

Salt

Pepper

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cut the fennel into slices or pieces, in a dish with a lid going to the microwave, put the fennel and a bottom of water, about 4min at maximum power.
Step 2
Empty the tomatoes of their juice and mix.
Step 3
Add, a teaspoon of olive oil, honey, a little sugar, veal stock, salt, pepper and add 2/3 tablespoons of water.
Step 4
Cut the cutlets into strips.
Step 5
Place some of the fennel in the bottom of an ovenproof dish, place the chicken strips on top, then the rest of the fennel, pour in the sauce and sprinkle with Basil.
Step 6
Bake in a hot oven at 200° for about 15/20min.
Step 7
Serve with garlic pasta.
