Chimichurri Salad

Chimichurri Salad

Number of people

500 g fancy pasta in a rather large colour

4 chicken or turkey breasts (depending on appetite)

1 jar of feta cheese marinated in herbs

1 jar of dried tomato (or even better made with cherry tomatoes or garden tomatoes)

15 cherry tomatoes

2 sweet peppers

Flower of salt

Chopped basil

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
You prepare the sauce the day before, or you already have some in the fridge because it is essential in summer.
Step 2
Sauté the chicken breasts cut into pieces (slices or square if desired) with about 200 ml of Chimichurri sauce.
Step 3
Meanwhile, you cook your pasta "al dente".
Step 4
You drain the dried tomatoes and feta cheese.
Step 5
You cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 6
You cut the small peppers into small slices.
Step 7
You mix it all up.
Step 8
Before serving, add the chopped basil and a pinch of fleur de sel.
I add my grain of salt
