8 medium courgettes

300 g fresh goat cheese

100 g of bush

5 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons parsley

3 tablespoons chives

2 tablespoons chopped basil

4 tablespoons lemon juice

4 gelatin leaves

1 pinch of curry powder

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cut 4 courgettes into strips, boil for 5 minutes, then cool and drain.
Step 2
Dice the other courgettes and cook them covered with olive oil and garlic cloves, add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Put the gelatin in cold water, wring out and melt in the warm lemon juice.
Step 4
Mix the cheeses with a little curry, salt, pepper, herbs gelatin and courgette cubes.
Step 5
Line a ring-shaped mould with cling film, then line it with zucchini strips, fill it with the stuffing, fold the strips over and put it in the fridge for 6 hours.
Step 6
Unmould and garnish according to your taste.
