Preparation: 10 min
Step 1
Peel your cucumbers after cutting off the ends, remove the seeds if they are large and mix your cucumbers with the rest of the ingredients, making sure to add the sandwich bread last - it will give your gazpacho a little consistency.
Step 2
If you do not have peanut oil, you can replace it with almond oil or even, quite simply, with olive oil, but it should be noted that the latter can bring a little bitterness.
Step 3
Instead of basil you can use mint or coriander.
Step 4
Enjoy your meal!
Author's note
There is nothing easier to do than a gazpacho and it is also very fast ^^. For cucumbers, garden cucumbers are much shorter than commercial cucumbers but often thicker and full of seeds to remove.

I add my grain of salt
