3 eggs

20 cl of liquid fresh cream

Dried and sliced duck breast

Grated cheese

Step 1
Roll out the dough in a tart pan and bake for about 5 minutes (190/200°).
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix eggs, cream, cheese, pepper, chopped basil (preferably fresh), sliced margret, cut into small pieces and removed from the fat.
Step 3
Spread the bacon on the pie shell and pour the mixture over it.
Step 4
Do not salt (bacon provides enough salt).
Step 5
Bake the quiche for about 35 minutes depending on your oven at 190/200°C.
Step 6
Variation: replace the basil with thyme or savory.
