Fresh pasta with courgettes and basil

Number of people

300 g fresh tagliatelle

4 zucchini

1 bunch of basil

3 cloves of fresh garlic (depending on size and taste)

10 cl low-fat liquid cream

50 g Parmesan cheese

Pepper from the mill

Step 1
Cut the courgettes in 4 in the height direction, then each section into small slices. Fry them in a little olive oil.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and basil, mix them in a bowl with the sour cream, salt and ground pepper.
Step 3
When the zucchini is well browned, a little crunchy, pour this preparation, stir and let simmer 2 or 3 minutes (during the cooking of the fresh pasta), mix everything, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Serve as a main course (vegetarian) or with poultry (guinea fowl...).
