1 tablespoon cottage cheese

1 slice of ham (raw or cooked, according to your taste)

Basil (fresh or dehydrated, if not available)

Pepper

Salt

Step 1
Grill the slice of ham.
Step 2
Beat 1 egg with the cottage cheese, pour over the ham.
Step 3
As soon as the omelette starts to set, break the second egg on top (without breaking the yolk).
Step 4
Leave to cook.
Author's note
Cottage cheese gives softness to the egg and brings a pancake taste.
