3 medium courgettes

5 tomatoes

4 chopped steaks

150 g of Gruyère cheese

1 drizzle of olive oil

1 shallot

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Herbs of Provence

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
In a frying pan, sauté the onions with the crumbled chopped steaks. Once cooked, put them in the bottom of a dish.
Step 3
Wash tomatoes and zucchini. Cut the latter into strips, without peeling them!
Step 4
Place a slice of tomato, a slice of courgette etc. in the dish... Season with salt, pepper, basil and Provence herbs. Drizzle with olive oil and finish with the Gruyère cheese to brown the top.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes.
Author's note
For the big eaters, you can serve this dish with basmati rice.
