Ham and carrot ham lasagna

Number of people

6 nice slices of white ham with a doughnut sauce

150 g ground beef

4 fairly large carrots

2 onions

4 cloves of garlic

1 can peeled tomato (large)



1 can of lasagna

150 g grated cheese


For the béchamel sauce (quite thick):

1 l milk

50 g butter or margarine




Preparation: 25 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
In the bowl of your chopping robot, place the ham slices and coarsely chopped onions plus the garlic cloves.
Step 2
Run it for a few seconds.
Step 3
Add the peeled carrots and cut into 2-3 cm pieces. Add the can of peeled tomatoes, the minced raw beef meat (possibility to add tomato coulis)
Step 4
Turn the chopper robot so that the ingredients are well mixed and in very small pieces.
Step 5
Melt margarine in a large, high pan or frying pan, place the pan on medium heat for 10-15 min, turning regularly.
Step 6
Make your béchamel sauce during this time, season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Pour 1 large ladle of sauce into a gratin dish, place plates of lasagne to cover the bottom.
Step 8
Spoon the preparation onto the first plates, then pour 1 or 2 ladles of béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with plates of lasagne (they can overlap).
Step 9
Repeat the operation then finish by covering with plates of lasagna, pour in the rest of the béchamel sauce, which covers everything well and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 10
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden, in a preheated oven at 210°C (Thermostat 7).
