Ham and mozzarella bread

250 g flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

200 g ham (150 g chopped + 50 g diced)

150 g mozzarella (100 g chopped + 50 g diced)

5 cl of fresh cream

1 teaspoon mustard

Pepper

Salt

Nutmeg

3 eggs

1 tablespoon chopped basil

125 g butter

Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
1- In a mixer, pour in the flour, yeast, ham and mozzarella and mix.
Step 2
2- In a bowl, pour in the cream, mustard, salt, pepper, nutmeg, broken eggs one by one and basil. Mix it all together.
Step 3
3- Melt the butter in the microwave.
Step 4
4- Add the mixture from step 2 + melted butter to the mixer and mix well.
Step 5
5- Preheat the oven to 180°, theyrostat 6.
Step 6
6- Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Author's note
Variation: you can replace the mozzarella by 150 g of grated gruyère cheese. You can also add a few pieces of candied tomatoes.
