1 turkey or pork)

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

small slice of raw ham

Tomato

Basil

Olive oil

Pepper

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
As for an orloff roast, slice into the meat and insert slices of tomatoes and ham.
Step 2
Cut the mozzarella into slices, cover the roast with it. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper (if necessary, tie it up if it'yawns').
Step 3
Put 20 to 30 minutes in the oven over medium heat (depending on size) and serve with pasta or rice.
Author's note
If the tomatoes are too juicy, wipe them with front paper towel.
