800 ml crushed Italian tomato

2 stalks of celery with its leaves

Oregano

Basil

Italian parsley to taste

3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped

240 ml clams

60 ml virgin olive oil

900 g fresh cod

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
In a cauldron, add all the ingredients plus 100 ml of water and simmer for 30 minutes over medium heat, then place the cod.
Step 2
In a casserole dish (terracotta, optional) add the broth from the cauldron to the cod and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (Th 6 - 180°C), then serve.
