6 tomatoes

9 sheets of lasagna dough

1 onion

1 goat cheese (log)

200 g bacon

Basil

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Brown the chopped onion in a little olive oil.
Step 2
Mix the tomatoes, add them to the onions and then add the basil, a few pinches are enough, at your convenience. Simmer over low heat.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the bacon and boil salted water with a little olive oil to cook the lasagna dough sheets (about 3 minutes). Drain them and let them rest.
Step 4
To take them off later, put them under water, so they won't tear.
Step 5
Place 3 sheets of lasagna dough in the buttered mould, place the goat slices, then spread a few bacon, then put the sauce evenly. Repeat the operation, then finish with lasagna + sauce.
Step 6
Put in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180°C (thermostat 6) and enjoy hot.
