350 g chicken

1 onion

500 g grated Gruyère cheese

150 g fresh goat cheese

1 clove of garlic

1 can of lasagna

500 g béchamel sauce

500 g peeled tomato

25 cl white wine

Olive oil

Basil

Paprika

Nutmeg

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Step 2
Fry the onions cut into small pieces in a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan.
Step 3
Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and cook them with the onions for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and basil and pour in the white wine.
Step 5
Cut the peeled tomatoes into cubes and add them to the mixture, transferring them to a large saucepan.
Step 6
Crumble the fresh goat cheese and add it to the mixture.
Step 7
Season again.
Step 8
Lightly grease the bottom of an oven dish.
Step 9
Soak the pasta in water or in a cooled broth for one or two minutes before placing it in the dish.
Step 10
Place a level of lasagna pasta in the dish, then put a level of chicken and tomato sauce, a few tablespoons of béchamel sauce on top and cover slightly with grated cheese.
Step 11
Repeat successive layers as many times as your dish and the amount of filling allow.
Step 12
Finish with a level of pasta and then grated Gruyère cheese to cover the dish.
Step 13
Place the dish in the middle of the oven for 45 minutes.
