Lasagne brousse basil basil

Lasagne brousse basil basil

Number of people

800 g of light bush

50 g grated parmesan cheese

1 large bunch of basil (7 to 8 branches)

350 g ground meat

100 g sausage meat

250 g lasagna

1 can of tomato paste (15 cl)

1 can peeled tomato

1 onion

1 bay leaf

thyme sprig

1/2 clove garlic

30 g butter

For lasagna:

Boil water in a pot, add salt and lasagna. Let them cook until they are tender (about 3 min) then drain them, rinse them under cold water, drain again and sponge them on a clean cloth.

For the meat:

In the pot, brown the minced meat and sausage meat, season with salt and pepper. Remove them from the heat, put them on a plate aside.

For the tomato sauce:

In the casserole, brown the onion. Add garlic, peeled tomatoes, tomato paste, a little water (about 20 cl), bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper.

For the cheese:

Crush the bush in a bowl. Cut the basil into small pieces on a board and mix them with the bush. Add a pinch of salt and pepper well.

Preparation of the dish:

Turn on the oven (Th.6). Butter a large dish, spread a first layer of lasagna on it. Spread a layer of meat, a layer of tomato sauce and a layer of basil bush on top. Spread a layer of lasagna, meat, tomato and bush again. Finish with a layer of lasagna covered with the tomato sauce (so that it does not harden during cooking). Sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese and a few knobs of butter. Bake for about 30 minutes.

This dish is even better prepared the day before and reheated.
