9 plates of lasagna

1 kg of firm tomatoes

500 g mozzarella (preferably in the shape of a log and not a ball)

100 g black and green olives

200 g pesto

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 bunch of basil

Preparation: 25 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150°C (Thermostat 5).
Step 2
Immerse the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 min. Remove the skin, seeds and cut them into thin slices.
Step 3
Cut the mozzarella into thin slices.
Step 4
Oil the dish and arrange: slices of lasagna, a few slices of tomatoes, a few slices of mozzarella, pesto (about 3 teaspoons), a few olives, basil leaves.
Step 5
Pour a small dash of olive oil, salt and pepper (reasonably).
Step 6
Add a sheet of oiled lasagna on both sides.
Step 7
Do this until the last lasagna leaf, and finally place the ingredients one last time, presenting them nicely.
Step 8
Cook 25 min (check that the leaves are tender by pushing in a knife).
Step 9
Before serving, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and arrange a few basil leaves.
