Marinated chicken with olives and dried tomatoes

4 chicken breasts

10 tablespoons of olive oil

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 dl Greek olives (large olives)

1 dl dried tomato in oil

1 dl basil and fresh thyme

Pepper

Salt

1 tablespoon butter (for the pan)

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Brown the chicken breasts in a frying pan to give them a nice colour but without cooking them completely.
Step 2
Put them in an oven dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the marinade with the rest of the ingredients (the dried tomatoes must be cut into small pieces).
Step 4
Remove the chicken breasts and let them cool. Cut them into fairly large pieces and put them in the marinade (in a plastic bag) and leave to marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 5
Serve with baked potatoes.
