1 melon

4 basil leaves

200 g gorgonzola

1 spoonful of olive oil

Pepper from the mill

Step 1
The day before, place your ripe melon in a cool place after washing.
Step 2
At lunch, cut your melon in half. Remove the seeds and empty your melon into a beautiful bowl with a root spoon to obtain balls (like sautéed potatoes).
Step 3
Finely cut the fresh basil leaves on top. Mix it up. Add the gorgonzola in small cubes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with a spoonful of olive oil in a drizzle, turn the pepper mill and mix gently.
Step 5
This marvel is best enjoyed chilled.
