My Bruschettas

Number of people

8 slices of paved bread or country bread

6 Roma tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 basil leaves

1 pinch of oregano

2 cloves of garlic

8 slices of ham

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

50 g of Gruyère cheese

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
Step 2
Put the diced tomatoes, the two minced garlic cloves, the basil, the oregano, the two tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper in a salad bowl.
Step 3
Mix everything together and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
Step 4
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
Step 5
Arrange on bread slices, ham slices, marinated tomatoes, mozzarella cubes and a little gruyère cheese.
Step 6
Put the garnished slices on the grill and leave to brown.
Step 7
As soon as the cheese starts to brown, it's ready.

You can serve these bruschetta with salad.
