Nirvana Vegetable Soup with Coconut and Peanut Milk

1/2 white cabbage

1 sprig of broccoli

2 potatoes

1/2 potimarron

1 stock cube

200 ml coconut milk

1 tablespoon peanut paste

basil leaf

Salt

Pepper

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Cut the cabbage, broccoli, potatoes, pumpkin, put them in a saucepan and add water up to the level of the vegetables.
Step 2
Add the stock cube, cover and cook over high heat for 20 minutes.
Step 3
When the vegetables are cooked, put them on a low heat and add the peanut paste, coconut milk and salt and pepper to taste. Leave it on the stove for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Then mix it all together with the fresh basil leaves.

It's ready, enjoy yourself while listening to Nirvana's Unplugged album...
