1 kg of octopus /calamari

1 kg of potatoes

300 g green bean

4 tablespoons of pesto

1 pinch of cayenne pepper

basil leaf

Olive oil



Preparation

Preparation: 25 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces about 4 cm wide. Cook them in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Label, wash and halve the green beans. Cook them 15 min in boiling salted water.
Step 3
Empty, cut and wash the octopuses. Then cook them for a few minutes in boiling water.
Step 4
Drain the vegetables. Mix the potatoes with half of the green beans.
Step 5
Season with pesto and a drizzle of olive oil and a little salt.
Step 6
Add the remaining green beans and chopped basil.
Step 7
Serve hot or cold.
Author's note
Can be served as a main course or as a summer salad.
