3 eggs

100 g julienne of frozen vegetables

1 tablespoon tomato paste

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Cook the shells and save them.
Step 2
Mix the shells with the thawed julienne, tomato paste, basil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the beaten eggs, mix well.
Step 4
Pour into a frying pan and let it set over low heat.
