Pan-fried artichoke hearts with goat cheese

8 artichoke hearts

2 tomatoes

3 cloves of garlic

2 teaspoons mascarpone

2 slices of fresh goat cheese (or chavroux or other...)

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Oregano

Olive oil

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Cook the artichoke hearts for a few minutes in boiling water.
Step 2
Scald the tomatoes so that they can be peeled.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the crushed garlic cloves, diced tomatoes, diced artichoke hearts. Leave to cook for about ten minutes over low heat.
Step 4
Before serving, add the mascarpone to make the preparation more creamy, brown.
Step 5
Add the fresh goat cheese, mix well and serve with a salad or as a pasta filling.
