250 g courgette

215 g potato

150 g of saithe

1 onion

1 handful of grated cheese

20 basil leaves

20 g butter

Garlic

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Peel your potatoes and zucchini into small pieces and boil them.
Step 2
Once cooked, crush them with a fork, add 10 g of butter, basil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Fry the butter and onion in a frying pan and add the cod fillets.
Step 4
Once everything is cooked, place in a gratin dish, crush the cod fillets and then put the mashed potatoes with zucchini on top.
Step 5
Add the grated cheese and put in the oven for 15 minutes at maximum temperature until it turns brown.
Author's note
You can serve it with a green salad and a drizzle of olive oil. And modify the seasoning by adding curry or cumin with the fish during cooking.
