6 glasses of shell mustard

1 beef cube preferably

Tomato concentrate (in tube - first price)

20 cl whole fresh cream (I insist, not liquid)

Pepper from the mill

Salt

2 basil leaves (optional)





Preparation

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Heat 1 litre of salted water with a cube broth in a pan of water until it boils. Put the pasta in and respect the cooking time (indicated on the pasta package).
Step 2
In parallel, take a small saucepan melt 50 g of butter, add the value of 3 to 4 tablespoons of tomato paste, stir. Add the crème fraîche and stir. Be careful, watch your sauce carefully to prevent the sour cream from spinning.
Step 3
Drain your pasta well after cooking.
Step 4
Put your pasta back in the pan, add the sauce. Stir it all together.
Step 5
Serve in a dish (preferably hot).
Step 6
Add the finely chopped basil leaves.

It's a simple and quick dish, but so good. I pay tribute to my best friend's grandfather whom we lost and who made us good old-fashioned cuisine from the past.
