Pasta salad, tapenade, feta and grey meat

Number of people

500 g pasta such as "conchiglie rigate" or "penne" type

90 g black tapenade

200 g plain feta cheese, cut into small cubes

10 pieces of dried tomato, cut into strips

4 fresh tomatoes, cut into small cubes

200 g sliced grey meat, cut into thin slices (with scissors)

1 small jar of capers

4 white onions, minced

1 bunch of basil (finely chopped leaves)

4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Preparation: 45 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta "al dente", drain and cool it by passing it under water. Set aside in a bowl, adding the olive oil. Pour in the tapenade jar. Mix.
Step 2
Then add all the ingredients one by one. Pepper and salt are optional. Mix everything at the end so as not to crush the pasta.
Step 3
The quantities can be readjusted according to taste (more or less capers, feta...).
Step 4
Store in a cool place, but remove from the refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving.
Step 5
Can be used as a starter or main course. Can be served with cold meat in summer. Extra for a buffet.
