500 g pasta (if possible, penne)

200 g pitted black olives

150 g pistachio nuts, peeled

6 tablespoons of olive oil

6 sprigs of basil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 8 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente. Drain them, and let them cool.
Step 2
Meanwhile, put in a blender: the rinsed and sponged basil, oil, olives and pistachios. Salt lightly, pepper and mix coarsely.
Step 3
In a bowl, put the pasta and add the sauce.
Step 4
Mix well and store in a cool place before tasting.
