400 g butterfly pasta

150 g of cocktail tomato

800 g raw prawns

2 tablespoons of pesto

50 g black olives

50 g pine nuts

1 sprig of basil

4 tablespoons of olive oil

Pepper

Cooking time: 6 min
Step 1
Cook the butterflies in boiling salted water for 6 min.
Step 2
Shell the prawns; rinse and dry the tomatoes, then cut them into quarters.
Step 3
In a non-stick frying pan, sauté the prawns and pine nuts 4 min in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, then sprinkle it with the pesto and the rest of the oil.
Step 5
Add tomatoes, prawns, pine nuts and olives. Divide the mixture on plates, decorate with basil, and serve warm.
