500 g pasta (penne...)

1 large can of tuna in its natural state

1 jar of fresh cheese

8 candied tomatoes

2 tablespoons capers

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt
For the pistou sauce:

Basil

Garlic

Olive oil

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, rinse and then cut the candied tomatoes into thin slices.
Step 3
Throw in the tuna.
Step 4
When the pasta is cooked, mix it while it is still warm with a few spoons of pistou sauce and candied tomatoes.
Step 5
Once the mixture has cooled, add the fresh cheese, crumbled tuna and capers. Mix.
Step 6
Check the seasoning and add olive oil (to taste), salt and pepper if necessary (the pistou sauce is usually already salty enough).

This salad can be served as a starter or as a main course for an evening meal.
