400 g farfalle style pasta

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

2 tomatoes

1 small can of corn

1 small can of tuna in oil

100 g raisins

4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 clove of garlic

Basil

Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta, drain it, drizzle it with a little olive oil and let it cool down.
Step 2
Grill the peppers for 10 to 15 minutes and boil the tomatoes for 30 seconds to peel them.
Step 3
Soak the grapes in water.
Step 4
Cut the peeled tomatoes and peppers into cubes. Add corn, crumbled tuna, drained grapes, mashed garlic. Season with pepper and chop the basil.
Step 5
Add a little olive oil to taste.
Step 6
Serve warm or cold.
Author's note
Peeling tomatoes and peppers is better, but it takes time. If you don't have time, you can incorporate them as they are into the recipe.
