Pasta with improvised sauce....

Pasta with improvised sauce....

200 g bacon

10 cl white wine

20 cl of fresh cream

12 dried tomatoes

2 large tablespoons of boursin cooking tomatoes and herbs of Provence

1 beautiful bouquet of basil

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

500 g pasta (the ones you prefer)

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Put a saucepan of water to boil to cook the pasta.
Step 2
Meanwhile, fry the bacon without fat. When they are golden, add the white wine and fresh cream and reduce.
Step 3
Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces, add them. Add the basil (don't be afraid of the quantity, it makes you taste good).
Step 4
When everything has returned to normal, add the boursin and the mozzarella ball cut into small pieces.
Step 5
Cook slowly.
Step 6
As soon as the pasta is cooked, pour the sauce into it, stir well and serve immediately.
