500 g pasta (penne rigate)

5 slices of speck

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

12 cherry tomatoes

basil leaf

Black olives (optional)

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 9 min
Step 1
Put salted water to boil in a pasta pan.
Step 2
In a bowl, cut the speck, mozzarella and basil leaves into small pieces. Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half (and olives).
Step 3
Once the pasta is cooked, pass it through a sieve; then put it back in the pan with the mixture from the salad bowl. Mix it all together.
I add my grain of salt
