Pasta with sausage sauce

400 pasta products
4 chipolatas sausages
4 olive tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
10 cl dry white wine
Olive oil
1 level teaspoon of fennel seed
1/2 bunch of basil
1 dose of saffron powder
Pepper from the mill
Salt
Preparation

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Chop the garlic and onion.
Step 2
Brown them in a frying pan with a little olive oil.
Step 3
Cut the chocolate into small slices, add them to the pan and brown for a few minutes.
Step 4
Wet with white wine, bring to a boil and add the fennel seeds, chopped tomatoes and saffron.
Step 5
Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
Step 6
Cook the pasta in a large volume of salted water, drain.
Step 7
Mix them with the chipolatas sauce, add the chopped basil and serve.

Serve with parmesan or pecorino chips.
