Pasta with zucchini and red pepper

Number of people

4 zucchini

1 red pepper

2 tomatoes

Smoked bacon

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

150 g pasta (rather medium)

Step 1
In a frying pan, put a little olive oil. Cut the onion into strips, crush the garlic, add the bacon.

Cut a few small cubes of red pepper (to your taste) and add the medium-sized diced zucchini. Start cooking on medium fau: all the elements will cook together.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Drain them and put them in a frying pan with a little oil
