10 green or black olives

15 cl olive oil

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Cook the penne in a pan filled with salted water, during which time put the basil in boiling water for 30 seconds, drain it and then put it in a blender with olives and olive oil, it will be the sauce for your pasta.
Step 2
Cut the tomato into cubes, the same for the mozzarella, put these two elements in a bowl.
Step 3
After draining the pasta, throw it under cold water to stop cooking, then finally put it in the bowl with the amount of olive and basil sauce you want, salt, pepper, taste!!!!!!!!!
